Energy Saving Rebates

Don’t let the cost of energy efficiency upgrades be a barrier to making the Energy Smart choice.

Some energy efficiency improvements require little funding. For recommendations with a higher cost, cash-back rebates and loans may provide assistance to homeowners.

Many utility companies and Energy Smart Colorado partners offer rebates for completed energy improvements.

Additionally, increased tax credits and new federal rebate programs are scheduled for 2023. Visit our tax credits and incentives page for more details.

“We’ve definitely noticed months (especially in the shoulder seasons) where our monthly bills came in lower than the year before. We simply didn’t have to turn the heat on as early as we thought we might need it. We also noticed we didn’t need to turn on the fireplace as much as we had the winter before, and the icing over of the windows didn’t occur as often.”

— Del Deocampo, Breckenridge
