Holy Cross Energy customers are encouraged to use this Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Form to apply for rebates in conjunction with Energy Smart rebates.
By completing the shared rebate form, you need not also apply independently to Energy Smart for measures that are eligible for rebates from Holy Cross Energy and Energy Smart.
