
KASEY PROVORSE
Executive Director
Kasey joined Energy Smart Colorado in May 2018. Kasey has over 30 years of nonprofit leadership, fund-raising, and community relations expertise. Immediately prior to joining ESC, Kasey served as the Director of Development for The Summit Foundation, a community foundation based in Summit County, Colorado for 11 years. In that role, she cultivated more than $3 Million in fund-raised revenue annually.
A Summit County resident since 1992, Kasey’s previous positions included fund-raising for The Keystone Center and its program division Keystone Science School and as Executive Director of Summit Recycling Project (now High Country Conservation Center, an Energy Smart Colorado partner).
Kasey received her B.A. in Mass Communication with Honors from the University of Denver and, through a fellowship provided by The Colorado Trust, she obtained her Masters of Nonprofit Management from Regis University. Kasey is an avid mountain biker and telemark skier and enjoys these sports and traveling with her husband Bradd.

TRACY DOLLARS
Program Manager
Tracy joined Energy Smart Colorado as its Program Manager in May 2023. Originally from Houston, Tracy earned a B.S. in Education from the University of Texas at Austin. Her first career was as an HR project manager at Dell, with a focus on compensation, acquisitions and international new site startups.
Since moving to Colorado in 2009, Tracy has been a small business owner, staff accountant, and Philanthropy Coordinator at The Summit Foundation. She lives in Breckenridge with her husband Rob, their rescue dog and fancy cat. Tracy enjoys XC skiing, hiking, paddle-boarding and camping.

EMMA KARLOK
Workforce Development Manager
Emma Karlok joined Energy Smart Colorado as Workforce Development Manager in February 2026. Emma brings experience working with federal, state, and non-profit organizations to support sustainability and conservation initiatives within Colorado. In addition to her work in sustainability, Emma has worked in outdoor education, youth empowerment, wildlife biology, and community outreach.
Emma earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on Sustainability from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She lives in Salida and enjoys mountain biking, rafting, practicing yoga, and creating functional ceramics.

ESTEFANIA GODOY
Regional Engagement & Outreach Manager
Estefania joined Energy Smart Colorado in July 2024 as the Regional Engagement and Outreach Manager. Originally from Jalisco, Mexico, Estefania was fortunate enough to embrace her roots in a beautiful mountain community. She graduated from Colorado Mountain College with an Associate of Arts and attended the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs to obtain a Bachelor of Innovation degree in Digital Media with a minor in Business. Prior to her current role with ESC, Estefania worked with multiple non-profit organizations, including Walking Mountains, Stable Strides, and Early Connections. Her favorite activities include walking her Goldendoodle, Aspen, and thrifting and upcycling clothing.
