This fall, join Energy Smart Colorado’s Community Giving Campaign.

Your gift to Energy Smart Colorado strengthens our regional network of community-based energy efficiency programs, enables clean energy transitions in small towns, and helps to make energy improvements simple and affordable for Colorado residents and businesses.

For each donation to Energy Smart Colorado of $50 or more, you have the opportunity to select one or more items you are interested in winning, including ski days, local products, unique Colorado experiences, outdoor gear and more. Launching on Energy Efficiency Day, October 7th, the campaign will close on December 15th and winners will be selected and notified on December 16th.

Your contribution will help Energy Smart Colorado continue to make energy efficiency improvements simple and affordable for households and businesses across our 20 County rural mountain resort region.

About this Campaign

Energy Smart Colorado is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with a mission to make energy improvements simple and affordable for Colorado residents and businesses. The funds raised through this community giving campaign support the infrastructure behind Energy Smart Colorado’s programs, including technical assistance, marketing support, workforce development, and coordination with municipalities, utilities, nonprofit partners, and local contractors. This support strengthens the network of organizations helping community members access energy efficiency upgrades, building electrification solutions, and available rebates and incentives.

Homeowners, renters, and businesses throughout Colorado’s central and western mountain communities participate in Energy Smart programs. Through these programs, participants receive guidance and resources to complete improvements such as weatherization, high-efficiency heating and cooling upgrades, and electrification projects. These investments help reduce energy costs, improve comfort and safety, and create opportunities for local contractors and skilled trades professionals.

Additional Notes

Energy Smart Colorado is using Zeffy to accept contributions to this campaign. The platform will default to accept a tip, which helps to fund Zeffy, but donors may waive the tip by selecting “other” in the % dropdown. 

Entries are also accepted by mail. No purchase necessary to enter. U.S. residents only. Prizes are only shipped to U.S. addresses. Send a letter to Energy Smart Colorado at PO Box 4842 Frisco, CO 80443 with the subject “Energy Smart Colorado community giving campaign” and include your name, email and mailing address and prize selection for a free entry. Donations may also be sent to this address with same details. Checks should be made payable to Energy Smart Colorado. Letters must be received before December 1, 2026.
